This two-day course is designed for programmers that have little or no working experience with controllers, are responsible for programming Logix5000 controllers using the Logix Designer application, and need to learn how to draft ladder logic for any application. Attendees of this course must have successfully completed the Studio 5000 Logix Designer Level 1: ControlLogix System Fundamental course (Course Number CCP146) or have equivalent experience. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to program basic ladder logic instructions for Logix5000™ controllers.
All technology for this course will be provided by Rockwell Automation for student use in the classroom. Provided materials also include a student manual, lab book, and Studio 5000 Designer and Logix5000 Procedures Guide. This course will also provide hands-on practice for the skills you have learned through a variety of hands-on exercises on a ControlLogix Workstation.
This course awards 1.4 IACET CEUs.
